I still wonder how small textile shops in the same road survive amidst heavy business competition?? Say for instance in T.Nagar Usman Road there r umpteen small shops inspite of Textile Giants like RMKV, Nalli, Pothys, Kumaran silks, Chennai Silks …this list goes on

But if we analyze the reason is it coz of

*)More Customer Friendlyness than big /reputed shops (I have a perception that sales men/girl would be more customer friendly in small shops rather than the renowned ones)

*)Cost factor, like products r offered @ economic rates.

*)Repeat customers..(Especially during our college life if any of our frnd says shop Y is gud and u get gud collection v wud surely visit shop Y )

*) ????

{Needless to say about the buzzing Chennai crowd especially during festive season }

It was last Saturday afternoon & me all alone @ home getting so bored thot will go out 4 shopping but there were 2 reasons which stopped me fm going....
First was the scorching heat (ippovey Chennai la sema veyil dammmm HOT)
Secondly I dint have company to go out 4 shopping :(

{bore adikudhuna shoppingaaa nu neenga kekardhu me hearing here…Even if v go out and buy Hairclips,earrings fm Pondy bazaar v use technical terms like Shopping , so kandukadheenga}

I had no other choice except 4 switching on the TV 2 watch SUN MUSIC , two of the comparers were literally blabbering & smiling artificially …just 4 the sake of asking they shoot out silly & i wud rather say IDIOTIC questions ..

They even come up with GK questions ngara perla some funny questions ……God should save those meek desperate callers :((

{ caller vil say that he works in a petty shop r a mechanic ..avan kitta than ella GK questions ivanga kepanga...}

I normally used to press mute and release it only when they play the song……atlast they played “KaatRey N Vaasal Vandhaai” song ….WOW!!! what a song :):):)

Though I have heard it many times it was unusual feeling this time …Melodious song in a mild volume with beautiful and adorable lyrics by DiamondPearl and needless to praise the AMAZINGGGG voice of Unni along with Kavitha Krishnamoorthy …Their voice(s) blends so well with the rhythmic music by Rahman …Arjun and Jho romancing in desert ….

In a Nutshell my vote 4 the above song z as below

1. Unni’s voice
2. DiamondPearl and ARR
3. Choreography (yaaru Raju Sundarama???)

Even after the song was over it was still ringing in my ears….I was hummimg the lines“Kaatrey N Vaasal vandhai ….Medhuvaga Kadhavu thirandhai…..” and I heard the calling bell crying and opened the door

Daughter: Mom afterall its my ONSITE ASSIGNMENT for 1 year, and u know that i have been longing 4 this and cooking i will manage...so keep cool

I have observed few actions/behavior/taste( whatever name you call it ) which z prevalent among all guys/gals...i have pen down those ...do have a luk at it & let me know ur response z S r No

1. Guys keeps cribbing for wearing a Tie (Oru naaL meetingkku indha paadu)
2. Girls used to adore and love cute Teddys :) (Kandal Naal mudhal Laila style la "Elarukkum pidikuma nu therila,konjam Confusiona Irukku")
3. Pasanga comb their hair looking at bike/car mirror b4 they get down(Is it reflex action)
4. Ponnunga being a die hard fan of "Shah Ruhk "
5. Guys changing their looks by playing with their Mush and/or beard(Vechha kudumi illata mottai)

I was rushing thru the new mails in my Inbox and skipped this mail and suddenly was stopped by the SUBJECT ,I cud hardly believe my eyes!!!!!!this was the reply i was waiting for.....wat 2 say indeed a pleasant shock/surprise !!! I was spellbound for a second when i opened and read the reply mail!!!

I was going thru Unni's website and checking 4 his latest songs (cine songs) and also his Dec Month Kutchery plan etc, luckily got to note down his mail ID ....After that I cudn't resist drafting a mail 2 him, appreciating all his songs and quoted my favorite songs sung by him....After drafting the mail had a wild thot like will he reply 2 such mails r have a manager r some PA 2 respond and take care of his fan's mail??? cudn't stop my curiosity and asked a one liner stating " does he reply to his fans mail personally ???" ...thot a while like shd i send this mail ??? then tuk a GUTT feel and sent it....The moment i sent the mail, i was refreshing every now & then expecting a reply...

As all us in my f'ly njoy his voice , this was the hot news that evening @home, sharing with them like wat all i have read abt him and abt his future kutchery and abt my mail with all praises 4 him..

I proudly possess most of Unni's collection (classical,devotional, ayyapas songs)......though i have not learnt karnatic music , i used 2 attend many of his kutcherys in Ayodhya Mandapam,Mahalingapuram and appreciate his heavenly voice(Ragam pathi ellam theriyadhu aana unni padina therinjha/theriyadha pattunalum romba pidikum :) )
